Leader: Marie-Therese Cush

The Spanish group started about ten years ago, at a time when we all had close links with Spain. We have worked through several books over the years, learning grammar, vocabulary and the culture of Spain. We are now studying Breakthrough Spanish 2 . However much of our time together is spent chatting in the language about what we have been doing or what we are planning to do. We have all become good friends and enjoy meeting up every other Monday. We are very lucky that Helen, one of our members, is a fluent Spanish speaker. We are a small group which is ideal for a language speaking group, nevertheless we would very happy to welcome a new member of the group who has knowledge of Spanish.
